Return Procedure
How to request a return
First of all, please carefully read the return policy available here to make sure you meet all the required conditions.Make sure you have the following information at hand:
- Order number (you can find it in the order confirmation email you received at the time of purchase)
- Email address used to place the order
Log in and follow the instructions.
LoginClick on the desired order and select the items, indicating for each one the reason for the return. Then click on “Request Return” and wait for the email confirming that your request has been correctly submitted. Within a few days, the return will be approved and you will receive the label or the link to ship the product by email.
You have 10 days to send back the products. Attach the return label to the outside of the package, covering the previous label.
Please remember to return each order and each shipment separately: if you wish to return items received in more than one delivery, you must specify this in the notes section when submitting the request. You will receive a label for each package, but you may use only one, placing the other inside the parcel.
Please wait to receive confirmation of processing and refund, which will be issued within 15 days from the date the return is received at the warehouse.
